Crunchy snacks

Did you know that anger can cause you to crave crunchy foods? Things like chips and popcorn.

My crunchy snack of choice is popcorn. I've been finding myself eating an awful lot lately. But that's okay because, if you make it right, it's actually quite a healthy snack. Just make sure you buy organic popcorn as the non-organic stuff tends to come from genetically modified corn. I pop mine in coconut oil which gives it a lovely flavor and then sprinkle some celtic sea salt on top for saltiness but also to add more minerals to my food (health is in the little guys like minerals).
